Buffets
Wedding buffets are a great way to give your guests the opportunity to create their own plate based on their individual tastes and preferences. Our buffets are artistically displayed and offer guests a wide meal variety.
Family-Style
If you’re a casual couple or prefer to keep mealtime interactive and conversational, a family-style might be right up your alley. Despite the seemingly casual name, this option, which encourages guests to mingle as they pass large platters of food around the table, is as common at a black-tie wedding as it is at a backyard bash.
Plated Service
The traditional plated dinner is among the most common types of wedding meal service. Mostcouples choose to have two or three courses served at the tables and then set up dessert stations or have treats tray-passed on the dance floor.
Strolling Stations
Strolling dinner stations mix the best parts of buffets with the most elegant aspects of a sit-down dinner. Guests mix and mingle while eating. With this “more modern” style of service, you can serve a wide variety of foods, and guests are encouraged to walk around and explore the possibilities.
Hors d’Oeuvre Reception
If you enjoy snacking on many different types of foods, an Hors d’Oeuvre reception will satiateyour appetite. Hors d’Oeuvres are usually served buffet-style or passed on trays by service staff. In French, hors d’oeuvre means “out of the ordinary” and has long referred to a course of light food served prior to or in between heartier courses. Craft beers and specialty cocktails are often served at hors d’oeuvres parties alongside the food.
