Bryn Du Mansion

For more than a century the historic Bryn Du Mansion has dominated the landscape of this 52-acre estate in the charming village of Granville, Ohio, east of Columbus. It’s colorful history, and the legacy of the families that lived here, add to the rich environment and unique facilities.
The property is managed by a commission established by the Village of Granville with a mission of historic preservation and to provide program and event facilities for the benefit of the community.
The total property consists of 52.78 acres. The front field, known as the Polo Field, is 32.24 acres. There are a total of eight buildings on the remaining acreage including the Federal style mansion, circa 1905, the recently built 7200 sq ft Field House, carriage house, pump house, gardener’s cottage, laundry cottage, horse barn and landscaped patios and gardens.
The Mansion – The Federal style sandstone mansion, circa 1905, features the modern conveniences of Wi-Fi and easy to use catering kitchen. Hand crafted wood paneling detail the West and East wings and the formal dining room. Handicapped accessible with spacious front and rear patios.
Field House – 7,200 square feet of contemporary, multi-use facility. Ideal for wedding receptions, trade shows, athletics and more. Newly constructed restrooms, sport floor and hardwood details.
Garden & Outdoor Spaces – A large outdoor patio, a terraced garden, quiet arbors and rolling wooded hills weave around the the estate and are perfect, fresh-air spaces for social gatherings, art and craft fairs.
The Polo Fields – offer 32 acres of open, level field spreading southward from the mansion. This space is home to many area athletic teams and sporting events.
