Made to Order Risotto
- Creamy Risotto is combined with your choice of sautéed Wild Mushrooms, grilled Asparagus, shredded Asiago Cheese, fresh Spinach, grilled marinated Chicken or crumbled Applewood Smoked Bacon. Station Chef required.
BYO Pierogie Station
- Pan seared Potato filled Pierogies are topped with your choice of Caramelized Onions, Applewood smoked Bacon, sliced Kielbasa, diced Scallions, shredded Cheddar Cheese or Sour Cream. (Three Pierogies per person)
Grilled Meatloaf Medallions
- Mouth watering Meatloaf Medallions are grilled to order and served on Chive-Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes or Creamy Mac and Cheese and topped with your choice of rich Mushroom Gravy or Chipotle Barbecue Sauce, and garnished with crispy Chile-dusted Onions.
Big Mac Daddy
- Big Daddy’s creamy Mac and Cheese topped with your choice of Spring Peas, Caramelized Onions, Crumbled Bleu Cheese, diced Bavarian Ham, Sriracha Sauce or crunchy Herbed Parmesan Breadcrumbs.
Mashed Idaho Potato Bar
- Mashed Idaho Potatoes with your choice of toppings including: shredded Cheddar Cheese, Crumbled Bacon, Chives, Horseradish, Whipped Butter, Sour Cream, and Beef Gravy.
Everyone Loves Bacon
- Bacon seven different ways: Braised Pork Belly Bites, Caramelized Bacon Strips, Bacon-Cheddar Deviled Eggs, Glazed Bacon wrapped Dates, Miniature stuffed Redskin Potatoes with Bacon and Bacon-Cheddar Puffs with homemade Bacon Jam.
Mini Gourmet Grilled Burger Bar
- Miniature Beef and Maryland Crab Cake Burgers are served hot off the griddle with toasted Buns and a variety of toppings that include Apple wood Smoked Bacon, Lettuce, sliced Roma Tomatoes, Sharp Cheddar and Swiss Cheeses, Caramelized Onions, Dill Pickle Chips, Remoulade Sauce and assorted Condiments. - Flour Tortillas are filled with your choice of grilled Chicken Strips, sautéed Peppers and Onions, spicy Black Beans, shredded Pepper jack and sharp Cheddar Cheeses then topped with Sour Cream and Pico de Gallo. Station Chef required.
Chips, Dips and Spreads
- A variety of tastes that includes Buffalo Chicken Dip with Celery Sticks and Crackers, Lemony Hummus with Pita wedges, Smoked Gouda Spread with Crackers, and crispy Tortilla Chips with Guacamole and fresh Pico de Gallo.
BYO Meatball Station
- Create your own signature Meatball dish, choose your balls, choose your sauce and choose what to serve your balls on, then garnish with grated Parmesan Cheese and Red Pepper Flakes.
BYO Tatchos Supreme
- Deep fried Tots served with a fresh variety of toppings that includes seasoned Taco Beef, Chile con Queso, shredded Lettuce, chopped Tomatoes and Scallions, Sour Cream, Salsa, and sliced Jalapeno Peppers.

- Mini all Beef Hot Dogs are served on hot rollers with toasted Buns, Ketchup, Mustard, Dijon, chopped Onions and Relish. (Two per person)
BYO S’mores Station
- Create your own signature S’more indoors or out at our S’more fireplace. Start with Marshmallows, Cinnamon or traditional Graham Crackers, Hershey’s Dark and Milk Chocolate Bars and toast the marshmallows to a golden brown to create a custom campfire S’more.
Roasted Pineapple Carving Board
- Fresh Hawaiian Pineapples are roasted in Butter and Brown Sugar and topped with Vanilla Ice Cream, Whipped Cream & Warm Rum Sauce.
- Guests choose from three housemade hand crafted Gelato flavors. (minimum 60 guests)
